MICA Declares Results for PGDM-C

MICA Declares Results of the Selection Process of PGDM-C 2016-18

MICA, India’s premier B-school for Strategic Marketing and Communication, yesterday declared the results and Merit List of the selection process for the 2016-18 batch of its flagship programme Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Communications (PGDM-C).

The Merit List has been prepared in accordance with the selection process available on the MICA website. Candidates have been provided access to their individual scores in the objective-type sections of the MICAT, namely verbal ability, quantitative ability, general awareness, and divergent-convergent reasoning.

Of the 7699 candidates who applied for the MICAT over Phase I and Phase II of the selection process, 788 candidates were shortlisted for the Group Exercise and Personal Interview (GE & PI) rounds.

The changes instituted in the selection process for MICA’s PDGM-C 2016-18 aimed to make the process more inclusive and convenient for candidates. These  changes were:

  1. MICAT was conducted in the computer-based format (CBT), and over two phases (MICAT-I and MICAT-II in December 2015 and February 2016 respectively).
  2. Increase in the number of centres for MICAT from 14 cities to 18 cities.
  3. Declaration of MICAT scorecard.
