TAPMI Admissions Announced for 2017 - 19 Batch

TAPMI announced its Admissions for its 3 programs- PGDM-BKFS, PGDM-HCM & PGDM

Admission Process

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

TAPMI adopts a two-stage process for admitting candidates to its PGDM Program. Valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are mandatory prerequisites to qualify for the admission process consisting of WAT / Personal Interviews or other evaluation components the Institute deems fit.

Based on the cut-off scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT, academic excellence, work experience, participation in extra-curricular activities and clarity of purpose, candidates are short-listed and invited to participate in the subsequent TAPMI Admissions Process. Final Selection is based on the overall performance in the TAPMI Admissions Process.

Eligibility

A Graduate Degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) in any discipline, recognised by the AIU as eligible for Post- Graduation, with not less than 50% marks. For Bachelor’s degree the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution. In case of grades / CGPA, the conversion to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure as certified by the respective University/ institution. If any University/institution confirms that there is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA, and multiplying the result with 100. Those who are in their final year of graduation may apply with the aggregate percentage till the last semester cleared. However, such candidates, if selected by TAPMI, are required to produce proof of completion of graduation by the time they join the PGDM programs and submit their mark lists and other testimonials within the stipulated date. If the Degree is obtained from a foreign Institute/University, AIU equivalence certificate has to be submitted by the candidate. The requirement of graduation also applies to those with professional qualifications like Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accounting and Company Secretary.

For computing percentages of marks obtained in HSC/ SSC Examination, the aggregate marks of all subjects that appear in the mark sheet / grade sheet would be considered irrespective of the Boards regulation
