This helps students to think innovatively and voice ideas, without fear of criticism or ridicule, explore an issue multi-dimensionally, shoot a problem and solicit ideas irrespective of their feasibility & discuss the pros and cons of the ideas, find the possible solutions to the problems, if any, and come up with a proposal backing the idea.
