He also focused on the importance of keeping oneself away from distractions and the need for self-discipline. He shared the adventurous experiences of his life as an IPS officer.  Even though he loved his job, the system has a plethora of problems when one deep dives into it. It was a big responsibility on his shoulder which he took as a challenge and a learning experience. Based on his personal experience he encouraged the students to always be problem-solvers rather than problem creators. The idea of being open to people and situations without having any prejudice and baggage of the past makes one take an apt decision for a team.

He also shared about his experience as a part of "Bharat Ke Veer" - a fund-raising initiative by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India on behalf of members of the Indian paramilitary forces. This initiative aimed to collect funds for the families of martyrs and has successfully reached about 350 crores.
