Commenting on the new programme, Director, IMT Ghaziabad Dr Atish Chattopadhyay said, “I am very happy that, this programme is being launched in a very innovative format and also in a way that it caters to the requirement of a very specific group of talented individuals who are innovative, who are in a position to take general management roles and can actually drive change within an organisation. The interesting thing about the programme is that it allows practicing professionals with experience to fast track their career while being on the job. The unique feature of the programme is the fact that it includes an international immersion, where the students are exposed to the best global practices in an international setting. I am certain that this programme is going to address the long-standing requirement of individuals who are experienced, who want to take a leadership role, and are located within 1000 KMs radius of Delhi NCR. The employers, as well as the executives, played a key role in co-creating the PGPM. I think this a unique model and is going to take the executive programmes of IMT at a very different level.”
