CAT 2017 is nearing and naturally exam phobia has surrounded all CAT Aspirants and top of mind is competition which is embedded with toughness of CAT 2017 which is being conducted on 26th November 2017
Let’s not forget that since there is no prescribed syllabus for CAT hence exam becomes tougher and nobody is sure that what kind of trend will emerge this year in CAT.
There will be 3 sections in CAT 2017 devoted separately to QA, DILR and VRC. CAT will have to be completed in 3 hours and one hour is allotted to each section with nil facility of going back and forth to any of the sections.
With the above it is evidently clear that both time and speed along with accuracy will be crucial factors to crack CAT and only that will facilitate to achieve high percentile.
In Quantitative ability and Verbal and Reading Comprehension sections, around 34 Questions will be allotted in each section where as Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning will comprise of around 32 Questions. Some of the Questions in each section might not be MCQs instead you may have to answer directly and type it on screen. On Screen timer will be visible on the screen. So it is advised to keep a constant watch on time.
