Body language is a form of non-verbal communication, which consists of body posture, gestures, facial expressions and eye movements. We humans send and interpret such signals almost entirely subconsciously.

It has been observed that human communication consists of 93 percent body language and only 7% of communication consists of words.

Body language may provide clues as to the attitude or state of mind of a person. It may indicate following :

•Aggression
•Agility
•Boredom
•Relaxed mind
•Pleasure
•Amused status
•Contempt
•Contentment
•Embarrassment
•Excitement
•Guilt
•Pride in achievement
•Relief
•Satisfaction

It must be understood that body language is More Than Words and in absence of any formal communication it becomes really difficult to make the others understand you hence, it is very important that your  eye contacts are intact

It is essential to arm yourself with very positive gestures and it will be better to animate yourself with voice modulation and pauses in your talks.

Entire above is learnable hence; one must practice and acquire the skill set of positive with right minded attitude body language.
