IBSAT 2016 Exam Pattern
IBSAT is an online aptitude test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation For Higher Education (a deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC act 1956), for students seeking admission to the MBA programs of IBS Hyderabad.
Programmes Offered by ICFAI Business School
- MBA program offered by IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur.
- PGPM (Post Graduate program in Management) program offered at IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune.
Registration for IBSAT has already started and Exam Dates are from December 16, 2016 – December 27, 2016. IBSAT Result will be declared on January 06, 2017. Now students should go through IBSAT exam pattern (IBSAT test pattern).
IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and consists of multiple choice questions. IBSAT Exam is of 2 hours duration and is aimed at testing the applicant’s ability in below mentioned Topics. IBSAT Exam Pattern and relevant study material will help for cracking the exam.
1. Quantitative Techniques

2. Data interpretation & Data Adequacy
- This is the calculation intensive portion of the section. It consists of a myriad of graphs, charts and tables from which you will have to glean and analyze data. The key to cracking this area is to quickly identify the key pieces of data that you will require to work on the questions asked.

4. Analytical reasoning
Critical Reasoning is an analytical way of thinking about issues for analyzing and evaluating information gathered from observation and experience in order to come to certain conclusions. Critical Reasoning clarifies goals, examines assumptions, discerns hidden values, evaluates evidence and assesses conclusions.

5. Reading comprehension
Reading is in itself a good habit to inculcate.
