Curiosity explores information

Post MBA exams you will be tested for WAT or Written Ability Test so it is advisable to read variety of topics. Today, you will read WAT topic:  “Curiosity explores information “

Sudie Back, a world renowned neuroscience professor, once said, “Be curious always for knowledge will not acquire you; you must acquire it”. Similarly, it is important to be curious because only through curiosity can one enhance his knowledge.
Today, we have the privilege of satiating our curiosity by getting answers through the World Wide Web. It is because we are curious about something that we search for answers and information on various search engines on the World Wide Web.
According to Albert Einstein, “The most important thing is to not stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, life and of the marvelous structures of reality”.
It is because scientists like Albert Einstein and Issac Newton were curious that they were able to make scientific discoveries. If Issac Newton was not curious as to why an apple fell to the ground from a tree, he would never have discovered gravity. Without curiosity, life becomes meaningless and dull. There is no scope for improvement and enhancement of qualify of life.
By being curious, one gets the motivation and determination to find answers to questions that are intriguing. That’s when the search for information begins. If one is not curious or interested in getting answers, he will not go the extra mile to search for information.
Did you know that curiosity is the basis for education? The reason why people go to schools is because they do not have all the answers for the questions in mind. You get an education so that you can get answers to questions that are mind-boggling. Since the ocean of knowledge is deep, it is inevitable that one will have many queries related to it.
Curiosity is a boon. It is important to build upon curiosity so that you get self-satisfaction in life. Only when you are amazed and curious about something, you will search for information and answers in books, from experts and knowledge sources on the Internet. It is important to keep the fire of curiosity alive to reap the most out of education.
