The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT 2020) will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) second year in a row. The NTA CMAT 2020 is a national level test conducted online across 109 cities in India. The exam date for CMAT 2020 is Tuesday, 28th January 2020 and the exam slot is 9.30 am till 12.30 pm. The CMAT Admit Card 2020 was released on 24th December 2019 and candidates can download their hall ticket by clicking here.
The CMAT 2020 Exam consists of four sections –
- Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation
- Logical Reasoning
- Language Comprehension
- General Awareness
Each section has 25 questions of 4 marks each. There is negative marking of -1 mark each. The CMAT 2020 exam syllabus is as below:

FAQ 7. Can I carry a pen or pencil for rough work inside the CMAT exam hall?
Answer: No. Each candidate will be seated at a desk with a computer terminal and he/she will be provided with rough papers for calculations and a Pen. After the test, candidate must leave the rough papers at the desk. Rough work cannot be done on any other paper/sheet, as nothing will be allowed inside the examination room/hall.

Answer: Candidates are NOT allowed to carry Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Handbag, Purse, Any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material), Eatables and Water (loose or packed), Mobile Phone/ Ear Phone/ Microphone/ Pager, Calculator, Camera, Tape Recorder, any metallic item or electronic gadgets etc. in the examination Room/ Hall.
