  • Global Immersions – It is a two-week international study tour in the top business capitals of the world.
  • Himalayan Rural Outreach – A soul-searching trip to Sidhbari on the outskirts of Dharamsala to interact with local people and help understand their political, social, and economic challenges
  • Social Innovation Program (SIP) – Students are encouraged to take projects with local NGO organizations and contribute towards their growth and sustainability.
  • India Train Journey – It is a 10-day trip across India's business capitals where students can learn about the diverse business and cultural practices.
  • Innovation Festival – The last and final opportunity for students to showcase their learnings and understanding of the two-year MBA journey.

The PGDM Business Design curriculum focuses on building proficiency in core managerial areas, design thinking, and liberal arts.

During the first year, students are introduced to the following:

  • Core - Operations & SCM, Corporate Finance, Org Behaviour, HRM for Modern Workforce, Managerial Communication, Problem-Solving, and Statistical Thinking
  • Design & Liberal Arts – Self Leadership, Psychology for Managers, Social and Cultural Anthropology.

During the second-year students are encouraged to choose subjects that can help define their career trajectory and build expertise in their field of interest:

  • Electives – People Analytics, Behavioural Finance, Product and Service Design, Business Valuation.
  • Design & Liberal Arts – Industry Projects, Mock Design Workshops, Design Bootcamps, and Innovation Fair.
