Two students Aman Madan and Chintan Pandey of the CCC programme at MICA have bagged two months paid internship with Croma Electronics along with a certificate. Both students will be mentored by Ritesh Ghosal, CMO Croma, who over the last two decades, has built a track record of creating new brands, re-inventing legacy brands and adapting global brands to Indian realities.
Speaking about their campaign, Chintan said, “Croma plants a tree every time someone donates their e-waste. We took this fact as an inspiration for our print ad idea. The visual has three trees with their roots merging with wires of old electronic products. The headline reads ‘Saving the planet, one device at a time’ and the body copy has facts about e-waste disposal and information on how you can dispose of it in a judicious way with Croma.”
