XAT is much tougher and more comprehensive compared to IBSAT.
XAT includes unique sections like Decision Making and General Knowledge, which are not present in IBSAT.
XAT is accepted by top B-schools, including XLRI, whereas IBSAT is primarily for ICFAI Business Schools.
The major advantage of IBSAT over XAT is there is not negative marking in the IBSAT exam.
