The Corporate Relations and Career Management Centre (CRCMC) at MRIIRS continuously works to ensure that along with course structure, students are trained for the industry relevant skills and thus, offers short-term courses. SAP training under SAP academy, teaching of foreign languages under the MR Centre of Foreign Languages and over all personality development at the Communication Gym are some features of CRCMC which ensure that students establish themselves as strong and able professionals who are industry ready.
The teachers endeavour at imparting life skills to their students along with regular management related subjects. Communication, Leadership, Advertisement, Management, Partnership and Profit are the key chapters that are taught to its students as a part of the course. The ‘Structured Training for Enhancing Personnel and Professional Employ-Ability Skill’ is specifically designed to give practical training to the students. Live Skill Training and Communication Skill Enhancement are undertaken to help increase the employability of its students. They work towards making students able leaders rather than just managers.
Engagement and experience are the most sought after in management education at MRIIRS. It has collaborations with leading industry leaders including Fortis, Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and KPMG. The collaborations focus on skill centric learning along with industry visits, compulsory internships, and guest lectures. Such interactions provide exposure to corporate life and increase their chances of employability at the time of hiring. The curriculum for MBA in Health care Management has been jointly designed with Fortis which also includes hospital attachment. Along with this, students are given domain specific trainings and industrial visits to enhance their technical knowledge. They are taken through employability workshops and mock placement drills where they get a chance to experience real time interview sessions. Such interactions help develop their verbal and communication skills along with aptitude and technical knowledge.
