1. What are the courses offered at GIM?

GIM offers the following courses: PGDM, PGDM (Healthcare Management), PGDM (Big Data Analytics), PGDM (Banking Insurance and Financial Services).

2. Are GIM Courses AICTE Approved?

The PGDM, PGDM (HCM), PGDM (BDA) [launched in 2018 collaboration with SAS India] and PGDM (BIFS) are AICTE approved. PGDM and PGDM (HCM) are NBA accredited.

3. What is the minimum eligibility required to apply for GIM?

Applicants must have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for candidates belonging to SC / ST category) in a three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) recognized by the Association of Indian Universities / AICTE are required. Candidates satisfying all requirements for the degree by 6th June 2022 may also apply.

4. What exam scores does GIM accept?

GIM accepts CAT 2021, XAT 2022, GMAT, and CMAT 2022 exam scores.

5. What is the minimum cutoff for CAT, XAT, and CMAT scores while applying for GIM courses?

  1. PGDM: The shortlisting is done as per Achiever’s Round (see next question) and regular round. The cutoff scores for last year’s regular round were:
    • XAT 2021 – 82
    • CAT 2020 – 89
    • GMAT - 600
    • CMAT 2021 - 98.50

  2. PGDM (HCM), PGDM (BDA), PGDM (BIFS) - There is no specific cutoff. Profiles are carefully scrutinized, and candidates are shortlisted, keeping diversity and their knowledge of the sector in mind.

6. What is GIM's Achiever's round?

The Achiever's Round is for a selected few candidate with an extraordinary profile. Candidates are shortlisted based on their curricular, extracurricular, and career achievements and profile (qualification, past academic performance, and work experience).
