The Institute has introduced Outcome Based Education (OBE) to remain in the top leagues. The core objective is to develop and nurture students and make them result oriented. It is more inclined towards students as compared to conventional from of education. It provides a clear picture to the young managers to do at the end of their learning process.
To guarantee the outcome, rubrics have been developed to help faculties in rating characteristics of learning results. It is an archive that enunciates the expectations for an evaluation component by listing the criteria or what counts, and describing levels of quality of performance from excellent to poor.
