Mr R S Sodhi, Managing Director of Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd., (AMUL) Anand Gujarat, is a first-batch alumnus from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), India. He pursued B.E (Agriculture) from CTAE, Udaipur, India. Mr Sodhi joined GCMMF (AMUL) in the year 1982 directly after completing his post-graduation in rural management from IRMA and rose to the present level of Managing Director.

Mr Sodhi has 37 years of rich experience in leading & developing cooperative sector within Indian dairy industry, having served dairy farmers in several capacities. He has been responsible for creating the current structure of the Amul, enabling the organization to maintain and enhance its leadership status within Indian dairy industry.

Due to Mr Sodhi's leadership, Amul accounts for 25% of organized dairy industry, within India.

Namita Lal is Managing Director & Global Head Payments, Collections, Mobile Money, e-Commerce at Standard Chartered Bank and is based in Singapore.

Namita has been with Standard Chartered Bank for 25 years, most recently as Group Head of International Banking in Singapore. Prior to this, she was Country Head of Consumer Banking, Vietnam. Namita has worked for both the Consumer Bank and Wholesale Bank across India, UK, Africa, Middle East, and South East Asia. Anmol Sherpa is Executive Director, Global Business Services at The Nielsen Company. She is also Business Partner, Reference Data (SEANAP, Greater China, India Region) at Nielsen.

Manju George is a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum and Community Lead at the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, Switzerland. S Sivakumar oversees Agri and IT Businesses of the Company. He was the Divisional Chief Executive of the Agri Business Division till November 2017. He is the Chairman of Technico Agri Sciences Limited, and Vice Chairman of ITC Infotech India Limited and its subsidiaries in the UK and USA.
