He is the CEO of Radico Fashion Private Limited, which he founded in the year 1992 with 0 funds and only one mission - to promote comprehensive body decoration internationally. Sanjeev is also on the board of Indraprastha University’s Department of Business Management, and gives motivational lectures to the MBA students too. The company he founded has received many accolades including Business Leader Award in the Natural Cosmetics category and Best Regional Enterprise for Natural and Organic Cosmetics and Business.
Ishita is the founder of 9Rasa, which she launched in the year 2009. Her company celebrates the modern-day Indian woman who is well grounded in traditions, holds plenty of promise and is vibrant in every aspect. She brings the finest offerings to these women, complementing their every facet and mood, enabling them to celebrate their uniqueness. Prior to founding 9Rasa, Ishita had launched Orion Dialog Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1994.
Founder of Café Wanderlust, Disha Saxena created this company out of her passion for travelling the world. Rajeev founded Milagrow VentureCatalysts and Milagrow HumanTech. The latter is well known for producing the number one domestic robots in India, and TabTops, a highly innovative tablet PC. Milagrow VentureCatalysts on the other hand provides end-to-end consulting solutions to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). He worked with multiple multinational and Indian organizations before founding Milagrow. Some of them were actually the biggest successes of the 80s and the 90s era, such as LG and Onida. Rajeev completely redefined the distribution and advertising policies at Onida. The devil mascot that Onida was so well known by, which positioned the brand as ‘Neighbour’s Envy Owner’s Pride’ is something that people remember fondly even today.
Founder of SB Packaging (S. B. Packagings Ltd.), Amit Banga launched this company in the year 1993. It was promoted by a group of professionals and had private equity participation from a handful of well-known investors. SB Packaging added a Food and Hygiene division in 2002. The company used the latest solvent-less lamination and flexo-printing technologies, which was the preferable printing process for polyethylene and package manufacturing world over. As a result, it asserted its position as a market leader in printed poly bags industry in India. Soon SBP became a one-stop shop for polybags and laminates printed in flexo and gravure, solvent-less lamination, hot melt coating, extrusion coating, pouches, poly bags and more.
He is currently serving as the Managing Director at DreamSpace India, the company he founded in 2009. They have completed more than 750 projects in diverse areas related to interior designing and project management and execution. DreamSpace India is essentially an interior designing company having more than two decades experience in designing retail spaces, commercial offices, medical centres, laboratories, healthcare facilities, training institutes, designer homes, hospitality centres and more. Manish had worked with Dimension Data before joining DreamSpace where he contributed significantly in taking a $ 2.8 million business to a whopping $ 20 million level in three short years. He also worked with Tata Motors, Global Telesystems, Ramco Systems and various other organizations before that.

Madhulika is presently serving as a Director at TriEdge Solutions and has over 15 years’ experience in talent search and acquisition. TriEdge is also a partner of TimesJobs, the 2nd biggest job portal in India that offers holistic and unique Recruiter Skill Certification to professionals engaged in non-IT and IT recruiting.
The organisation is also in the business of developing and delivering creative training for capability enhancement of employees. They work with management institutes, corporates and individuals to offer them training related to effective team management, business communication, financial acumen and interviewing skills. Before joining TriEdge Solutions, Madhulika served as a Director at Mirus Solutions. Prior to that, she was in senior positions at Goodlass Nerolac Paints and Standard Chartered Bank.
