In 1980 IPE Hyderabad ventured into management education and launched a 3-year part-time MBA programme. As of today, it offers five two-year full-time PGDM programmes:

Specialized international business-related courses such as Strategic Management, Global Finance & Foreign Currency Risk Management, Global Marketing, International Brand Management, International HRM / Cross Cultural HR Management, Global Supply Chain Management, and significantly, Innovation Management & New Product Development, WTO, etc.

Opt for specialization in any two of the streams after the first year – Marketing, Finance, Operations, Systems / IT, Human Resource Management, and Business Analytics.

PGDM (Human Resource Management) – Unique Features

Launched - 2012.

Structure - Six trimesters.

Offers a highly interactive platform for learning specialized papers as part of the Corporate Mentor – Mentee relationship.

22 out 36 papers focus exclusively in the area of HRM, instilling the concept of ‘Master of One’.
