This process is divided into multiple stages as follows:
At this stage, the industry representatives interact with the students via different mediums such as live projects, guest lectures, business thought leadership sessions and different corporate forums.
The placement cell shares the profiles of the students, along with other pertinent details related to them, in the form of detailed CVs.
Preplacement talks are held by the companies to provide students with an in-depth look into the prospective future of the proposed positions and roles, as well as the projected career growth.
After the preplacement talks, the companies invite applications from the interested students, and the interested students’ resumes are shared with them.
The applying students also rank different companies based on parameters that are critical to their long-term growth.
This is the final stage wherein companies carry out their selection process, starting with shortlisting of the CVs, followed by comprehensive interviews and group discussions.
