    IRMA Anand offers a two-year full-time ACITE approved Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM).

    The PGDRM is recognized as equivalent to a Master's degree in Rural Management by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and is accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

    The PGDRM curriculum is divided into four diverse segments which are mutually supportive of each other:

    • Classroom Segment
    • Village Fieldwork Segment
    • Development Internship Segment
    • Management Internship Segment

    The first year consists of three terms which include foundation management subjects and rural management specific subjects along with the Village Fieldwork Segment.
