IIFT – An introduction
IIFT written exam is the MBA entrance exam for the two year MBA (International Business) program of one of the top B schools in the country – Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. The test is applicable for both of IIFT’s campuses, Delhi & Kolkata.
IIFT: Exam Pattern
IIFT was held on November 27, 2011. The exam is a multiple choice objective type written test which consists of questions covering English Comprehension, General Knowledge & Awareness, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Analysis.
The exam is of 2 hours duration. The marking scheme of IIFT may vary any year.
Eligibility for IIFT
One must have a recognized Bachelor’s degree of at least 3 years to apply for IIFT. Based on marks obtained in Written Test, candidates would be called for Essay Writing, Group Discussion and Interview.
IIFT Application Process:
In year 2011, the last date to apply for IIFT was September 5. Applicants can either apply online on www.iift.edu or they can also purchase the application form and prospectus through cash or demand draft from IIFT campus.
