The findings from 108 respondents are as follows:
•27.78 % MBA aspirants are of the opinion that communication skills are top priority to face PI
•20.37 % feel that Goal Clarity is must to clear PI
•14. 81% were of the opinion that Personality Traits will impact PI
•14.81 % also said that current general awareness will help to clear PI
•12.04% feel that Knowledge base is the key factor for PI
•10.19% perceive that academic background can help in PI
With the above findings it is clear that communication skills, Goal Clarity and personality traits are crucial in PI
