About the Institute/University
The T. A. Pai Management Institute boasts of a legacy of 35 years rooted in value system imbibing ethical behaviour, respect for diversity and zeal to excel in every aspect of life. The Institution is proud of its unbroken 33 years of placement record and 5000+ alumni of which one-fifth are currently leading at CXO levels. TAPMI believes in Experiential Learning and facilitates students to explore themselves. The programs (academic as well as extra-curricular) are designed to enable students recognize their strengths throughout their two-year stay at TAPMI. Modules such as BrandScan, LADC, SMIC, Samnidhy, TAPMI Finance Lab, QOTB and student clubs & committees ensure that every student gets ample opportunity to develop into a multi-faceted industry-ready manager.

Eligibility Criteria
A Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks (final year students may also apply. There admission will be cancelled if they obtain less than 50% in their graduation).
Admission/Selection Process
Valid Entrance Exam scores
- For Indian Domiciled & COGW: CAT 2019, XAT 2020 & GMAT (2018 & 2019)
- For NRI Candidates: CAT / XAT / GMAT / NMAT / SNAP / ATMA / CMAT / MAT
- For PIO / Foreign Nationals: GMAT (compulsory) and IELTS (if required)
Stage I Shortlisting: TAPMI follows a profile based shortlisting consisting of valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores + work experience + academic profile.

B. For Candidates with work experience of more than 24 months
TAPMI follows profile-based shortlisting. Profile considered for shortlisting consists of valid CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores (whichever is higher), academic profile (10th, 12th, Graduation, backlogs during graduation etc.), work experience (type of company, total experience, etc.), extra-curricular achievements if any.
Stage II Process: Written Ability Test (WAT) + Group Discussion (GD) + Personal Interview (PI)
Final Selection
Final selection of the candidate is based CAT/XAT/GMAT (Overall Percentile) + Verbal Ability Percentile + academic profile + work experience + WAT Score + GD Score + PI Score.
