The Transformative Journey of Pratishtha at BIMTECH Greater Noida

BIMTECH Noida

Every story begins differently. Pratishtha’s story brings out her vision and hardships of being a teenager in the town of Bhiwani, Haryana. A brilliant girl who got 93 percent in her CBSE 12th board examination, she was certain of her ability but there were instances when she wondered whether she would have the capability to achieve more. This blog is of how her experience at BIMTECH assisted in shaping up her personality, not only in assisting her to meet challenges, but also take her personal and professional achievements to new levels.

Finding Her First Platform at Delhi University

Pratishtha's undergraduate degree at Delhi University was essentially the first phase of her evolution. She realized that education was not only about scoring well in exams but also about getting exposed to different things. Various classrooms, heated discussions, and highly talented peers, all of these made her discover her inner potential. She was initially minimally involved, but she took a bold step toward becoming a people leader. Pratishtha not only began organizing events and managing teams, but her leadership mindset was also shaped by her experience with TEDx. These experiences served as lessons in accountability, ownership, and embracing the responsibility of leading with confidence.

Overcoming Personal Fears

Although there were some early successes, personal fears kept popping up. The Quantitative Aptitude component of the CAT exam seemed to be frightening as she had studied Mathematics only up to Class 10. This was accompanied by nights of sleeplessness and self-doubt. Pratishtha refused to let fear have control over her and opted for discipline instead. Through sheer will-power, she could score 95 percentile in the Quantitative Aptitude section. The thing which initially frightened her became a source of her power and ego.

Turning Potential into Success at BIMTECH

BIMTECH offered an effective environment which facilitated her talent in addition to building her confidence. She experienced a totally different culture, language and working environment when she was undertaking her internship with Landmark Group. This required her to integrate and learn the skills in practice in the real world. It was a challenge and a source of professional confidence. At Homecentre, her initiatives resulted in tangible impacts for the very first time. She was a part of the live projects, such as one that was presented to the Ministry of Tribal Affairs and another that was certified by UNESCO. Each of these endeavors not only helped her earn a good name but also gave her the kind of experience that worked hand-in-hand with her academic knowledge.

Securing Her Dream Placement at Bain & Co

Pratishtha's story came to a perfect end at the placement season. She got her dream placement at Bain & Co. With her preparation and determination, she went through the competitive selection process. She then bagged the offer for an amazing job at Bain & Co. The announcement of her selection was a demonstration of her change from being full of doubts to being full of confidence. At the moment, Pratishtha assists peers in the preparation of CAT and also provides guidance on LinkedIn.

How BIMTECH Shaped Her Growth?
