IPMAT Exam 2023 - Online Application Form Registration

The prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Indore conducts the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) for admission to its five-year integrated programme in management. The exam is also accepted by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT). 

IPMAT 2023 is a national-level entrance test which is conducted for admission to the IPM programme which is a combination of a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree (under the dual-degree programme) offered by IIM Indore. 

At IIFT, students will be awarded Bachelor of Business Administration (Business Analytics) and Master of Business Administration (International Business) at the completion of the programme.

IPMAT 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Students must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria to be able to appear for the IPMAT 2023 exam:

• The candidate must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate
• The candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD (DA) categories must have secured a minimum of 55 per cent aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12
• The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in 2021, 2022 or in 2023
• Candidates who are in Class 12 or awaiting their Class 12 results are also eligible to apply

IPMAT 2023 Application Process

IPMAT 2023 application window will likely open in the month of February 2023. The IPMAT 2023 application forms will be available on the official website of IIM Indore. The candidates will not be able to apply offline. 

Documents Required for IPMAT 2023 Registrations

Aspirants must have the following list of documents ready when filling out the IPMAT 2023 application form:

• Recent scanned coloured photograph in passport-size
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
• Valid email ID and mobile number
• Scanned copy of signatures of the candidate in the prescribed format

How to Apply for IPMAT 2023?

• Visit the official website of IIM Indore- https://www.iimidr.ac.in/
• Click on the registration link for IPM AT 2023
• Register by entering the name, date of birth, mobile number and Email Id
• Students will receive User ID and Password on the registered email ID and mobile number
• Re-login using the login credentials and fill out the complete IPMAT application form with name, date of birth, nationality, father’s name, contact details, address, qualification details, year of passing, etc. 
• Upload the required documents, i.e. candidate’s photograph, signatures, address proof, qualifying exam certificate, etc. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories will also have to upload an attested category certificate
• Next, pay the application fee through a credit card, debit card, internet banking or UPI
• Finally, take a printout of the IPMAT application form and fee receipt

IPMAT 2023 Application Fee

Candidates who successfully fill out the IPMAT application form have to make a fee payment online to complete the application process. Important Points to Remember

Candidates must keep the following points in mind when filling the IPMAT application form 2023:

• Carefully and clearly fill out the application form
• The information provided by the applicants must be true and correct. If found to be invalid, the applicant will be barred from appearing for the exam
• The photograph and signature images should be in the prescribed format and not older than three months
• Enter a valid email ID and mobile number as the candidates will receive communication on the registered number and email ID.

IPMAT 2023: Form Correction Window

The exam conducting authority, IIM Indore, will open a limited form correction window during which the candidates will be able to make changes in the IPMAT 2023 application form. The candidates cannot make changes once the edits have been made. Making changes is optional and not mandatory. Edits can be made in the following fields:

• Candidate’s photograph
• Candidate’s signatures
• Alternate mobile number
• Alternate email ID
• Exam centre city preference

IPMAT 2023 Admit Card

IPMAT 2023 Test Centres

IPMAT 2023 Syllabus Overview

The IPMAT question paper is based on topics from Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability. To ace the IPMAT exam, students need to thoroughly study these topics and sub-topics.

The Quantitative Ability section will have questions based on Class 10 and Class 9 mathematics. The questions will be based on topics such as Percentage, Profit and Loss, Discount, Time and Work, Probability, Number System, Time, Speed and Distance, Algebra, Permutation and Combination, Mixtures and Allegations, Data Interpretation, Simple Equations, etc. 

The Verbal Ability section will have topics related to Grammar, Jumbled Sentences, Synonyms and Antonyms, Phrases, Reading Comprehension, Analogy, Error Spelling, Vocabulary, Articles, Fill in the blanks, etc.

IPMAT Results 2023

IPMAT 2023 results will likely be announced in the third week of July 2023. The provisional shortlist will be released before the final results. Candidates will have to appear for a Personal Interview after the shortlist has been released. The candidates can check their status using their login credentials.
