Dr.J.D.Singh of Jaipuria Institute of Management bags prestigious “ Best Teacher in Marketing Management” Award
Dr. J.D.Singh ,Director General of Jaipuria Institute of Management ,Lucknow,Noida,Jaipur & Indore has been awarded the prestigious 'Best Teacher Award in Marketing Management ” .Dr. Singh was presented the Award during 19th Dewang Mehta Business School Award ceremony held in Mumbai on 26th November 2011.
Dr.J.D Singh has been in management education, consultancy & training and research for over three decades. He is currently with Jaipuria Group of Management Institutes as Director General, and immediately before was a founder director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. Earlier he was on the faculty of XLRI, IIM Bangalore, ASCI and IMI. He also had stints as summer visiting faculty at McGill and Windsor Universities of Canada besides being a research fellow of UNDP and ODA at Manchester Business School.
Dr.Singh has been quite active in the field of corporate consultancy &training and applied research. He has conducted diagnostic studies, turnaround plans and designed Marketing Strategy and Planning Frameworks, and set up organizations for International business for leading national and international corporate organizations.
The Dewang Mehta Award recognizes talent and leadership amongst business schools across India. The awards are sponsored by Hindustan Unilever and supported by Ms Shaila Mehta, Director, Onward Foundation for Dewang Mehta Awards.
