 IILM offers Advance Management Programme for managers to redefine their leadership skills

IILM  has designed Advance Management Programme for Managers with the aim to redefine their role as leaders in organization. The program has been evolved to embrace the issues of the day and the latest management research and thinking. It’s emphasis is to outline  the strategic direction and building a shared vision of the future of the organization.  

Competing in the fast changing global market place with new challenges, requires senior executives/managers to update their knowledge base and skill set. The IILM Advance Management Program (IILM–AMP)   aims to develop managers who can meet the emerging and unforeseen challenges of global business

IILM-AMP offers an opportunity to revise fundamental assumptions about leadership, discard outdated paradigms, gain an appreciation for the latest thinking, and develop insights into their personal management style. The program inundates with new ideas, reenergizes manager’s vision, and provides them with a network of new colleagues from a multitude of organizations around the globe.

Senior faculty from IIMs, industry leaders will take each session and it would be of 20 contact hours. Learning about latest topics and studying the current study material will help to brush up the leadership skills of managers.
