IIM-Indore is organizing three days Management Development Programme in Price and Revenue Management.
Revenue Management (RM) focuses on how a firm should dynamically set its prices and adjust product availability across different channels to maximize profitability. RM is widely practiced by different industries.
The main objectives of the programme include : To introduce the scientific principles behind pricing and revenue management, and to make discussions on different tools and techniques of revenue management.
Participants will get knowledge and learning on how to make strategic pricing decisions and implement revenue management techniques in their organizations.
Product managers, marketing and sales executives, entrepreneurs, executives involved in product development, managers responsible for pricing decisions in airlines, hotels, car rentals, restaurants, movie theaters, healthcare, logistics and manufacturing companies, can participate in this MDP.
The programme will be held at IIM-Indore during 12th to 14th, September 2011
