ATMA is conducted by AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools) established in 1988. AIMS offers the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA), as a single-window test for admissions to different postgraduate management programmes. The candidate will be given scores on verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, analyzing and synthesizing ability.

Application form for ATMA
ATMA Test will be help in about 30 cities in India. The Online application form can be downloaded from the ATMA website. The Offline application form can be bought from Fee Collection centers.
The Eligible candidates will be able to apply for ATMA 2016
- Students having Bachelor's degree in any discipline can apply.
- Students who are perusing their final year examinations are also eligible to apply.
Exam Pattern for ATMA
ATMA contains six sections having a total of 180 Questions for the Online as well as the Paper – Pencil Test. The total time for the test is 180 minutes. The candidates need to select the correct answer from the four options available. For each right answer the candidate gets four marks. For each wrong answer, one third of the mark will be deducted from its grand total.
The test has Questions on three skills namely being:
- Analytics Reasoning Skills
Logical Thinking of a candidate is accessed in this section. The candidate needs to analyse each question and select the most appropriate answer for that question.
- Quantitative Skills
Skills on Quantitative Ability will be tested. Concepts and understanding of Arithmetic, Elementary Algebra and Geometry are required for multiple choice questions on Data Sufficiency and Problem Solving
- Verbal Skills
Verbal Ability skills are required to measure candidate’s ability to read and understand
MCQs on reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, Synonyms, analogies and Sentence completions.
