Admissions Announced At IRMA

Pioneering Institution in RURAL MANAGEMENT (NAAC “A” Accredited)& 36 Year of Excellence in Rural Management, IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand) announces admissions for the following programme :
 
Programme : Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management (PRM)
 
Duration : 2 Year Full-Time
 
Eligibility Criteria : 

  • A graduate from any discipline, with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education, having 50 per cent (45 per cent for SC/ST/DAP (Differently Abled Person)) aggregate marks at the graduation level can apply for admission.
  • The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned university or institution. In case the university/institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by IRMA by dividing obtained CGPA with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant with 100.

Selection Process

  • For Indian Nationals

IRMA will use CAT 2015 / XAT 2016 scores for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management 2016 - 18 (PRM 2016-18). All applicants for IRMA Admissions have to additionally appear for "Issues of Social Concern" test (online) on February 14, 2016. Those applicants, who expect to fulfill the eligibility requirements before June 13, 2016 may also apply.

PRM participants are selected on the basis of the above mentioned Admissions Test, Group Activity, and Personal Interview.

It is compulsory for applicants to appear for CAT 2015 / XAT 2016 and "Issues of Social Concern (ISC)" test of IRMA on February 14, 2016.

  • For Foreign Nationals / Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries and Sons & Daughters of Non Resident Indian(s) (NRI):

Applicants from Foreign Nationals / Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries and Sons & Daughters of Non Resident Indian(s) may apply through GMAT/ GRE Scores (taken on or after January 2011) / CAT2015 / XAT2016 scores .

Applicants would be shortlisted on the basis of above mentioned test score and Telephonic Personal Interview.

Last date for receipt of filled-in applications : December 24, 2015 for hard copies and December 31, 2015 for online.
