Those of you are likely to appear in Personal Interview (PI) which is being conducted by various B-Schools may note that the following is the outcome of the opinion poll which has been conducted by MBA Rendezvous
When we asked MBA aspirants that which is the factor, you feel as most important gesture in PI?
Then the findings from 106 respondents came out as follows :
- 14.15% feel that smile is one of the essential gesture in PI
- Only 5.66% felt that Hand shake can be one of the factor but it is being taken as a routine gesture in PI
- 22.64% MBA aspirants felt that voice modulation is one of the important factor in PI as admission selection panel will be able to get complete communication
- 8.49% gave a bit of idea on how to carry yourself hence, dress may add extra edge
Whopping 49.06% respondents were sure that having Eye contact in PI is very important gestures as that give the impression on the level of confidence.
Indeed the experts also advise that all sorts of gestures with positive outlook may help you in PI but it is the only Eye contact with the admission selection panel which energies confidence from both ends.
