The inauguration of AIMA PGDM 2018-2020 batch started at 10 AM on August 20, 2018 with the blessings of almighty followed by lamp lighting ceremony. Dr.M.Swapna welcomed the gathering and also presented the academic deliverables of the program and the Institute.

Dr.Y. Rajaram former Dean-RIMS inaugurated the session and released the Handbook for 2018-20. He motivated the students to focus on their dreams. He commended the academic presentations of RIMS and expressed that AIMA is an AICTE approved recognized program with excellent syllabi. In his Inaugural speech, he placed his strong opinion that Management has become a necessity for modern day businesses. He motivated the students with Sri. Aurobindo dreams on right attitude and pursuit of learning. Real education comes out of learning was his thought. He made students to realize the challenges of getting right and well paid jobs and again commended that RIMS is a land full of dreams for prosperity. He placed his appreciation to the entire teaching faculty.

The Inaugural speech was followed by Prof Chowdari Prasad, Dean addressing students on emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence with respect to change and adapting to change. He gave insights into the Institute activities and its functioning. He also reiterated the academic discipline followed by the Institute and its deliverables. The Inauguration was concluded by vote of thanks by Dr. Swapna.
