Great Lakes offers a One-Year full-time Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) for professionals with 2+ years of work experience and a Two-Year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) for graduates with 0–3 years of experience. Applicants can apply using CAT, XAT, GMAT, or NMAT (PGPM only) scores.

One-Year PGPM
The One-Year MBA (PGPM) is designed for professionals with 2+ years of work experience who are looking to deepen their managerial perspective or transition into more strategic roles. The program follows an intensive format that allows participants to connect core management principles with real-world application within a shorter timeframe
An important evolution of this program is PGPM 2.0, offered at the Chennai campus. PGPM 2.0 reflects a renewed focus on applied learning and industry relevance. Two-Year PGDM
The Two-Year MBA (PGDM) is designed for early-career professionals and fresh graduates with less than 3 years of work experience. This approach helps them develop the strategic thinking skills needed for long-term success.
