SSBF is introducing a part time, one year Diploma in Banking and Finance (DBF). The focus of study is to help professionals grow in their career and achieve greater heights in the Banking and Finance sector. DBF sessions are conducted in a blended mode i.e. majority of the sessions in an online mode and a few in person sessions at SSBF, Pune. This program helps participants to improve productivity, which will in turn lead to career growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Programme:The DBF programme in Banking and Finance is a part timeprogramme spread over a year. Apart from the basic courses in the functional areas of management, the intensive curriculum covers courses specific to the Banking and Financial Services industry. The emphasis is on blended learning methodology that combines classroom interaction with self- study modules enriched by research.
Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 50% marks and preferably with one year work experience.
Duration: 12 Months (Part Time) Mode: Hybrid (Online and Offline) Intake: 60 Seats
Selection procedure: Personal Interview
Program pattern: Semester pattern (2 semesters)
Assessment: All internal courses will have 100% component as internal evaluation at the institute level. All external courses will have 60% internal component and 40% component as external (University) examination.
Standard of passing and Award of Diploma: The assessment of the student for each examination is done based on the relative performance. Maximum Grade Point (GP) is 10 corresponding to gradeO (Outstanding).For all courses, a student is required to pass both internal and external examinations separately with a minimum Grade Point of 4 corresponding to Grade P (Pass).
Students scoring less than 40% absolute marks in each head of passing will be declared FAIL. The University awards a Diploma in Banking and Finance to the student who has achieved a minimum 4.0 CGPA out of 10 CGPA.
