The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2024 exam dates from February and February 2024. CMAT is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to Management Programmes in the country. CMAT 2024 facilitates AICTE affiliated participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in such Institutions.

How to Apply
- Log onto the NTA’s CMAT 2024 portal i.e. cmat.nta.nic.in. Click on Link for Apply for CMAT 2024
- You will be redirected to new page, Click on New Registration Link
- You will be taken to page with instructions for CMAT 2021 Exam
- Click Proceed to reach the application form and fill it
- Upload scanned copy of passport size photo and your signature
- Pay the requisite amount of application fee
- Download the confirmation page and take printout for future reference
Application Fee
The application fee payment for General (UR) will be Rs 2000 for male candidates and Rs 1000 for female candidates. Candidates belonging to Gen-EWS/SC/ST/PwD/OBC(NCL) categories need to pay an application fee of Rs 1000 (male, female, transgender).
Major Changes You Should Know
- CMAT 2024 will be held across two days-- February 22 and 27 in two slots which was held in a single slot.
- CMAT 2024 application fee for male candidates has been increased from Rs 1,600 to Rs 2,000.
- For the reserved category (SC/ ST/ PwD) and transgender candidates the application fee has been increased from Rs 700 to Rs 1000.
- NTA has increased the total number of CMAT exam centres from 104 to 153.
- Candidates will have to download a self-declaration (undertaking) form from the NTA website and on the day of the examination in view of Covid-19 protocol. Candidates will have to fill it and hand it over to the exam invigilator.
The duration of the CMAT 2024 exam will be 180 minutes. Exam will be held in two sessions — first session from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon and second session will be from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Exam will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The medium of the question paper will be English.
