The registration for the Delhi University Admissions 2019 is expected to start any day on or after the 24th May 2019. Earlier the DU admission 2019 process start date was Monday, 20th May 2019. However, the date was pushed due to the election 2019 results set to release on May 23rd. As confirmed by Mr. Rajeev Gupta, DU Admissions in charge, “the registration may start on any one of the following dates: Friday, May 24th, 2019 or Saturday, May 25th, 2019 or Monday, May 27th, 2019.
The DU 2019 registration window is likely to close by Friday, 31st May 2019. As per the official confirmation from the Delhi University, “the registration process will be completely online for all categories and quota.”
The DU 2019 admission entrance exam will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) starting this year. The precise details regarding the DUJAT 2019 exam are awaited. NTA is a premier, specialist, autonomous and self-sustained testing organization which conducts entrance examinations for admission and fellowship in higher (graduate and postgraduate) educational institutions.
The first cut-off list for Delhi University is expected to be released on Friday, 14th June 2019.
Some important things to remember while applying for undergraduate courses at Delhi University are:
- The students can register online for various undergraduate courses at https://admission.du.ac.in
- The students need to fill a single online form for applying for all types of courses – merit-based and entrance exam based
- The students must fill all mandatory details and upload all necessary documents at the time of filling the online DU admissions 2019 form.
- Those students who duly fill the online DU Admission Form and satisfy the eligibility criteria and DU 2019 cut-off for a particular program/course in a specific college will be considered for admission. There are no admissions based on first-cum-first-serve policy.
