Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) is globally recognized as an institute for management education located in the capital city of Odisha. Since the passing of the Xavier University Act in June 2013 by the Government of Odisha, XIMB has established itself as a crucial intellect resource of Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB).

Globally, the institute is represented by an 8000+ strong alumni network, from the various programs being offered for over three decades. Currently, XIMB offers an MBA degree through a 2-year full-time Master’s Programme in Business Management (MBA-BM) and 1-year full-time Master’s Programme in Business Management for working executives (EMBA-BM). The institute also offers a strong HR programme through its School Of Human Resource Management (SHRM) which offers an MBA degree through a 2-year full-time Master’s Programme in Human Resource Management (MBA-HRM).

At SRC, the students bring in volunteers who constantly dedicate themselves to bringing in a smile in the faces of the deprived.
