The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) at GIM is offered in two tracks, each with its own fee structure:
- Regular Track (Full‑Time FPM): ₹40,000

Executive Track – FPM at GIM
In addition to the regular full-time doctoral track, Goa Institute of Management offers an Executive Track under the FPM programme, designed for experienced professionals who wish to pursue doctoral research alongside their professional commitments.
The Executive Track enables industry practitioners, senior managers, consultants, and policy professionals to undertake practice-informed and academically rigorous research under the guidance of GIM faculty. The programme maintains academic standards comparable to the regular FPM track, while offering flexibility suitable for working professionals.
Financial Support
Full-time FPM scholars at Goa Institute of Management receive comprehensive financial support, enabling them to focus entirely on their doctoral research. As per the FPM Manual (2025), the financial assistance includes:
- Monthly fellowship of ₹62,000, subject to satisfactory academic progress
- Contingency grant of ₹1,50,000 for the entire programme to support research-related expenses such as data collection, software, fieldwork, and academic resources
- Conference support for paper presentations, subject to institute norms and approval:
- Up to ₹50,000 for national conferences
- Up to ₹1,50,000 for international conferences

- Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials

- Final selection is based on academic performance, research aptitude, and interview performance
- EFPM, candidates must have minimum five years of full-time work experience (Executive Track Only).
