SNAP Cut Off 2019 | Expected marks, percentile & result

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test or SNAP is conducted by the Symbiosis International University (SIU) for admissions to its affiliated institutes. Candidates who aspire to join MBA programmes by Institutes of SIU need to appear for the SNAP Online Test. However, they need to apply separately to their choice of institute and program.

An important point to note is that SNAP does not have a sectional cut-off, only the overall score is considered. The next steps in the admission process include Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). For compiling the final merit list the factors include - SNAP score, WAT score, GD & PI score. All the colleges accepting SNAP score post the category wise merit list on their website.

The SNAP Exam 2019 was held on December 15, 2019. However its has been postponed in Guwahati, Dibrugarh and Shillong and the new date will be notified soon. The result for the SNAP Exam 2019 is scheduled to be released in January 10, 2020. The cutoff will be released by the Institutes of SIU in Second or Third week of January, 2020.

The cut off for SNAP 2019 for admissions to the respective Institutes of Symbiosis International University (SIU) will be announced post the declaration of SNAP 2019 Result. The result is tentatively scheduled for January 10, 2020. It will allow candidates to apply for admission to 15 Symbiosis institutions. Each college will release its own cutoff for SNAP 2019. Also, the cutoff varies for each program which the SIU college offers.

The Cutoff will also be released category wise. There has been a change in the exam pattern this year only three sections in the paper comprising General English, Quantitative Ability and Analytical & Logical Reasoning. The paper allowed selecting questions between sections and attempting them in any order of choice. In terms of the section wise score, English questions were scoring and good score in this section would be around 35. Logical reasoning questions similar to previous years were lengthy. One can expect a good score in this section to be between 31-32. While the Quantitative section was quite lengthy, a good score in Quant would be around 21-22.

Thus an overall score of around 85-86 marks can help you get a call from the SIU Institutes.
