Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), one of the premier B-schools of India, organized a 2-day Faculty Development Workshop on “Case Pedagogy as a Learning Tool” on January 18-19, 2019 in association with Harvard Business Publishing, India. The workshop was meant to promote case pedagogy in classrooms, choosing the right cases for discussion, tips for facilitating smooth class discussion and case writing with an effective teaching note. The participants of this workshop were faculties from Institutes and Universities all over the country.

The event in itself not only garnered praise from all the attendees, but also provided faculty members from across the country to interact with each other. This exchange of information should go along way in developing and maintaining uniformity in the B-School culture of the country. Faculty members shared their individual experiences in plenty and ensured they put forward their points of view and perceptions.

All in all, it was an enriching experience for all who shared and for all who were present. Such interactions will go a long way in establishing our legacy for the generations to come.
