The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur celebrated its 10 years of establishment. The foundation stone of IIM Kashipur was laid on 29th April 2011 and was established by the Government of India as one of the 13 new IIMs announced under the 11th Five Year Plan. In the serene town of Kashipur, nested in the lap of the Himalayas, the 200-acre campus IIM Kashipur is located just 25 kilometers from Jim Corbett National Park, spreading loudness and cheers currently led by the Director Dr. Kulbhushan Balooni.

As a reward of the institute's consistent efforts, they have been granted the reputed EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) membership, their MBA program is now CFA affiliated and currently striving towards AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation. The institute has always looked to cater to what the industry demanded and MBA (Analytics) program, improvement in Gender Diversity, Executive MBA, specialized short-term management development programs in partnerships with Nulearn and TSW are testaments to that. The alumni of the institute have put in their heart and soul to build a culture of competitiveness over the years which lead to the 4th ranking amongst B-schools around the country, in the Dare2Compete Awards, 2021.
