Indian Institute of Management Raipur is organizing 2nd HR Summit& International Conference on August 21-22, 2015 in Raipur on “Emerging Challenges for HR: VUCA Perspective”. VUCA has become a popular managerial acronym that describes volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of general conditions and situations. Today's turbulent environment of VUCA means new challenges for leaders. The contemporary business organizations have been characterized by changes in demographics, customer profile, technology, and innovations.
The growing business complexities and changes at various levels in the organizations have triggered business leaders to find out more innovative ways to lead change in the VUCA world.
