IMT Ghaziabad offers PGDM Dual Country Program (DCP) as multi-country post graduate program in Management. Since its inception over a decade ago, the program has attracted outstanding talent with global career ambitions and has been successful in creating successful global managers and budding business leaders who continue to excel in their spheres of business. PGDM - DCP is designed to address the limitations of the conventional MBA programs, by infusing international elements into the DNA of the Program. As the name itself signifies, the aspirants of the program spend a year each in two countries, with 3 terms each spent at the IMT Campuses in Ghaziabad and Dubai. The overarching focus of the program is to mould the students for international careers, done through a steady mix of customized course content, course delivery by international faculty, short term and long term projects, and a prolonged and sustained exposure to a multi-cultural country like UAE. The various elements of the program have been handpicked to provide the DCP students a holistic exposure to elements required to excel in global settings.

Students SPEAK on Internship Experience
I am working with Aster Healthcare as Finance Intern under Shashak Varma. The project basically involves finding anomalies in the financial statements, help them in getting rectified, preparing Schedules and supporting Audit for Aster Retail segment. The placement committee helped me throughout the process from the interview till the onboarding process. We have the liberty to go to the placement team and get our doubts clarified.
--- Daksh Sehgal, Finance Intern, Aster DM Healthcare
It's been a great experience working at Choithrams, here instead of seeing an Intern as a person who is meant for all the side work, they see them as potential future managers of the organization and focus on the holistic growth and provide ample learning opportunities!
--- Ishit Batra, Marketing Intern, Choithrams
Overall experience in Carrefour has been good for me till now. The team is very supportive and constantly helps us learn various aspects of the project. Project head Mr. Harris and Sales head Mr. Herry have been teaching us how to work on the project and guiding us very well with any problem that we face. The project we are working on is a new concept in E-commerce, hence giving us the freedom to come up with various ideas for the project.
---Vasu Jain, Marketing Intern, Carrefour
It has been a great experience till now, there is an ample amount of work which is enabling us to learn the insights of supply chain and gain our first-hand experience in the field. Working directly under the General Manager of Supply Chain has also been a priceless experience. Looking forward to learning more as a supply chain intern with such a renowned company.
