- There has been participation of more than 120 + leading organizations in Summer Internship recruitment process for the Class of 2021 – 23.
- There has been 40% increase in average stipend, with an average of the top 10 and 20 percent of batch being INR 40 lac and 1.95 lac respectively for 2-month duration.
- More than 75% offers have come from sectors like BFSI, FMCG, Consumer Durable, IT/ITES, Manufacturing & Engineering and Ed-tech/Education sectors.
- More than 40% new recruiters participated in our Summer Internship Hiring process this year.
Our students have been offered quality projects across diversified roles like Market Research, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Product Manager, Digital Marketing, Global Management, Analytics, Tech Analyst, Consulting, Credit Risk, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Treasury, Portfolio Manager, Wealth Management, Project Management, Program Management, and General Management to name a few.

The BFSI sector had the highest number of offers this year, seeing participation of all the industry leading organizations like BNY Mellon, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Macquarie and ICICI Bank among others.
FMCG:
The FMCG sector saw a steady rise in the number of offers this placement season. Students have been placed in coveted organizations like Marico, Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, Nivea, SC Johnson, TATA Consumer Products and many others.
IT/ITES:

My name is Rahul Gupta. I am interning at Morgan Stanley as a Business Analyst for my summer internship. My experience of the process has been very good. The whole process was very smooth and everyone involved in the process was very professional and caring. The team and management have detailed understanding of how the recruitment process works and were able to guide the students at every step of the way. The process was designed in such a way so as to ensure that candidates have some degree of choice in selecting their field of interest for summer internship. Deciding to pursue MBA with over 3 years of work experience was a difficult decision as anything over 2 years is considered a taboo in Indian B-schools.
