Mr. Rajesh Panda was the first speaker of the day. He spoke about the entitlement mindset of B-school students who feel it is the responsibility of their college to make sure they get jobs. He warned the students that entrepreneurship is not for everyone but once they set their mind to something they should do it. "When you think of a business plan, think globally. You are heading the world", he advised the audience.

The next speaker was Mr. Ankur Mathur. "Entrepreneurs are not risk seekers, they are risk mitigators",  he said. He emphasized that venture capitalists want to invest in people and not in ideas. He also warned budding entrepreneurs to be flexible as they will go through a number of changes from the initial idea to the final product.
