On February 28th, Professor Varsha Jain, Professor, Integrated Marketing Communications and the Chair, FPM (Doctoral Level Program), MICA won “Best Researcher of the Year Award 2019” during the Education to Entrepreneurship Summit hosted by Integrated Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The event was organised at C. D. Deshmukh Auditorium, India International Centre.
The Key Speakers during the Summit were Mr. Shyam Jaju, National Vice President, B.J.P., Prof. (Dr.) K. K. Aggarwal, Chairman, National Board of Accreditation, Ms. Shazia Ilmi, Vice President, B.J.P. Delhi State, Prof. Dileep Malkhade, Advisor (RFID), AICTE among others.
Integrated Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) is Industry led not for profit and Industry managed commerce think tank. Professor Jain has authored more than 100 publications in international, national and trade journals, book chapters and case study collections, including the ‘Journal of Product and Brand Management’, the ‘Journal of Marketing Communication’, ‘Healthy Marketing Quarterly’, the ‘International Journal of Mobile Marketing’, the ‘Journal of Consumer Marketing’, ‘Young Consumers’ and many more. She has also contributed case studies to the Marketing Management text book 15/e with renowned father of Marketing, Philip Kotler.
