Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Deemed-to-be-University , with a legacy of 38 years has grown to being not only one of the top-10 B-schools in India but has also emerged as a multi-disciplinary University with campuses at Mumbai, Shirpur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Indore , Navi Mumbai and Chandigarh.
 
The Indore campus of  NMIMS  conducted its first convocation ceremony on 27th April 2019. The passing out batch of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) were conferred the degrees. All the students of the batch passed out with flying colors, having domestic as well as international placements. The highest package offered to the batch was 18 lakh p.a. and the average package was 11. 5 lakhs p.a. Gold medal was awarded to Ms. Sneha Sinha and Silver to Ms. Prerna Kansara. Chancellor’s Award for the Best Student was bestowed upon Mr. Naresh Prandhaman. 

NMIMS Indore Convocation

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sivarama Krishnan – Advisory Partner , PwC India, shared his valuable advice with passing out students. The function was presided by Shri Akhilesh Rathi – Mentor of the campus and nominee of the Honorable Chancellor – SVKM’s NMIMS. Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Sharad Mhaiskar stressed upon the importance of adopting ethical practices in professional life. Incharge Director Dr. Aaquil Bunglowala presented the batch review report and touched upon the unique achievements of the school like We Care Civic Engagement Internship, the annual fest, guest lectures by eminent speakers, etc. Associate Dean (SBM), Dr. R. Srinivasan delivered vote of thanks. The event was graced by parents and relatives of the passing out students.
