In order to meet the Corporate Expectations for upcoming Placement session, GLBIMR organized a 30- hour Certification on “Placement Readiness Enhancement Programme –PREP, from October 24 - November 07, 2017, for PGDM Batch 2016-18, at its Greater Noida campus, under the unique endeavor of developing corporate ready professionals. Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR; shared that, PREP is specially designed for learning Personality Mapping, Corporate Etiquette, Personal Grooming, Group Discussions, Resume Writing and Interview Handling Skills. The certification workshop is being conducted by reputed trainer, Mr. Pramod Joshi, Co- Founder & Director, Winning Mantra, Col. A.S. Bedi and Mr. Himanshu Hajela from The Winning Mantra.
During the inaugural session on Oct 30, 2017, Dr. Makkar, emphasized that the workshop will not only enable the students making them efficient, but also make them corporate ready. Mr. Pramod Joshi shared, the intricacies about corporate culture & dynamics, interview skills, effective resume writing, effective body language during interviews, various latest recruitment processes used by HR, mock assessments etc with the students. During the 30- Hours Certification, which will continue till November 7, 2017, students will be going through various mock interviews, group discussions etc in simulated environment to make them ready for the upcoming placement session.
