S.P. Mandali’s Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (WeSchool) faculty and staff visited the Matunga Central Railway Station to acknowledge and felicitate the All Women Team that manages the station, on the occasion of Women’s Day.
Commenting on this occasion, Ms. Meena Santi, the station manager, Matunga Central Railway, Mumbai, said“On the occasion of women's day, Welingkar college staff felicitated entire central railway Matunga staff. We are really thankful for your love n support.”
Matunga railway station is the first perhaps only railway station that is fully run by women. Further to the long term association over the years, Welingkar has been connected with the station in the beautification and Swaach Bharat Abhiyaan initiatives of the station too.
